Gardai in Clonmel have confirmed that the two little girls who went missing from their home in Glenoaks Glenconnor, Clonmel this morning have been found safe and well. Jessica and Niamh Burke aged 4 and six years old left their home at around twenty to nine this morning and were later found walking in an area of waste ground.
They were located by a person assisting gardai in the search and are now back in their parents home .
Gardai are thanking the swift response from members of the Civil Defense and all those involved in the search.
An appeal for their safe return was issued on Tipp Fm earlier this morning. Gardai say the response from listeners was enormous.
