Engineering group Kentz, which has its headquarters in Clonmel, has almost €2 billion worth of contracts on its books.
As a result of this announcement shares in the company rose by as much as 12%, bringing the groups value to €422 million.
The majority of the work carried out by Kentz is in the Middle East and Australia.
