Junior doctors at South Tipp General Hospital are to be paid for outstanding unrostered overtime.
The Irish Medical Organisation had threatened to help the Non-Consultant Hospital doctors take cases against the Clonmel facility and Waterford Regional Hospital.
According to the Irish Medical Times the HSE has met with the IMO in South Tipp General and agreed to pay the unrostered hours worked and certified by the consultants.
