Huge overcrowding problems at UHL

According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation there are 51 patients without a bed at University Hospital Limerick.

32 of these are on trolleys in the new Emergency Department while a further 19 are in overflow areas of wards.

At South Tipp General in Clonmel there are 11 people waiting for a bed.

In all there are 384 patients being cared for on trolleys and chairs at hospitals across Ireland today.
