Members of the public will get to have their say on new draft bye-laws under the Control of Horses Act in South Tipperary.
The new bye-laws set down rules governing the ownership of a horse, the keeping of a horse in public places and racing of horses on public roads.
The proposals received the backing of the members of South Tipperary County Council at their meeting yesterday.
