Gardai have released without charge, a man they'd been questioning about the suspicious death of a man in Co Wexford.
The body of the man – who was in his late forties – was found at a house in Ballinatray Lower near Courtown Harbour on Christmas Eve.
A man in his forties was taken from the scene to Wexford General Hospital for treatment and later arrested.
Gardai say he was released late last night without charge.
