Appeal for blood donors in the run up to Christmas

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is making a special appeal for people to attend their clinics in Tipperary this week.

They’ll be held in Ballykisteen Hotel, Limerick Junction between 5 and 8pm, both this evening and tomorrow evening.

The group need 12,000 attendances between today and January 7th to ensure they have enough blood supplies to tide them over.
