A North Tipperary Deputy has welcomed additional funding announced for Local Development Companies.
Over €70 million was announced by the Department of the Environment for distribution nationally.
It brings to €12.9 million the total allocated to North Tipperary LEADER with €12.4 million for South Tipperary Local Development Company Limited as part of the revised allocations to LDC's.
Fine Gael Deputy Noel Coonan has welcomed the news.
