320 people are stuck on trolleys and chairs in hospitals nationwide today.
Galway is the worst affected with 47 people waiting for a bed.
The situation has eased slightly at Dooradoyle- the main Emergency Department for North Tipperary patients – with 25 on trolleys and chairs.
That figure stands at 11 in South Tipperary General.
