They will question the parents of a five-year-old boy taken from Southampton General Hospital on Thursday.
The couple were detained last night on the Costa del Sol.
Ashya King – who has a brain tumour – is now being treated by doctors in Malaga.
His parents say they took him to find treatment not available on the NHS.
