On Tipp Today Fran was joined by Pat Feely who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease seven years ago.
Sometimes people with the condition can withdraw from social settings due to the symptoms of the disease but Pat also believes its a time to discover new creative avenues ..which he has done and chatted to Fran about.
