It’s been just over a year since the tragic and sudden death of Dillon Quirke at Semple Stadium broke the hearts of everyone in Tipperary but since then, his family has led an inspirational campaign to make sure that other young players are screened for cardiac problems.
This work has resulted in the foundation receiving the Local Heroes award in this years Tipp FM awards.
