The allocation from the Arts Council is in addition to the monies that the council allocates very year to various arts events, artists and companies in the Premier County.
Those benefitting from the €113,000 extra are the Clonmel Junction Festival which drew to a close last weekend, the Cashel Arts Festival which is held in September, Dromineer Literary Festival and the Tipperary Dance Platform – both of which take place in October.
