Householders who don't pay their bills online are losing up to €400 per year.
New research in today's Irish Independent says some companies charge up to €40 a year to send out monthly paper bills.

The study says TV, broadband and utility firms offer discounts of up to 12 per cent – or around €60 per year – to those who pay online.
