It comes as Clerys workers hold a rally outside the former store today to mark one year since its closure.
The Dublin department store was bought by Natrium on Friday the 12th June 2015 – following the purchase, Natrium immediately moved to liquidate the store's operating company.
Dublin Labour TD Joan Burton says that the Government needs to legislate in favour of workers as a matter of urgency.
