Gov urged to use unfinished estates to house refugees

A package of measures aimed at dealing with the crisis will be outlined at the Cabinet meeting tomorrow

The Tánaiste Joan Burton has said the people that Ireland takes in will not be placed in the Direct Provision Programme. 

Tipperary Councillor Jackie Cahill says we need to remember Ireland's own troubled past when it comes to dealing with the plight of refugees.

The Fianna Fail representative says the Government has already provided funding to house families in Tipperary this year.
