Gardaí urge motorists to be ready for bad weather

At this time of year, inclement weather can severely impact on road conditions with things like as frost, ice, flood waters and debris from storms hampering driving. 

Gardaí are advising motorists to ensure their vehicles are 'winter ready' by checking their tyres, air pressure, windshield wipers and engine oil.
