Gardaí have seized weapons and cocaine following an incident in West Tipp last night.
Officers on patrol in the Golden arrested a man in his early 20s on suspicion of drink or drug driving following the discovery of a vehicle in suspicious circumstances

A follow-up search revealed a quantity of suspected cocaine and items associated with drug dealing. A number of weapons were also recovered from the vehicle.
A court appearance will follow.
