49 year old Pat Quirke of Breanshamore, Tipperary is charged with murdering the father of 2 in June of 2011.
Bobby Ryan's body wasn't discovered until April 30th, 2013 in a disused slurry tank at Fawnagowan near Tipperary Town.
Mr Quirke appeared at Tipperary District Court last week where he was charged with murdering the 52 year old truck driver and part-time DJ.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Thurles District Court today.
