The decision follows an early morning inspection of the track at Powerstown Park after 7 mm of water fell between 6.30 and 9.30 last night.
This is the second time the meeting has been called off having originally been scheduled for earlier this month.
Marketing manager at Powerstown Park Eugene Cooney says they'll have to wait and see if the meeting can be rescheduled.
