The Thurles club will have home advantage for their tie with Sheriff YC of Dublin.
Carrick Utd has also got a home tie – they'll meet Boyle Celtic from Roscommon in the last eight.
In the other quarter-final games Killarney Celtic will meet Limerick side Janesboro FC while Evergreen FC of Kilkenny take on the other Limerick club still in the running to win the tournament, Kilmallock Utd AFC.
The matches are due to be played on the weekend of March 10th, 11th and 12th.
