Pat Lam's side are two points clear at the summit and will be hopeful of improving on that as they visit the Arms Park to take-on a struggling Cardiff Blues side tonight.
That game will kick-off at five-past seven, while tonight's other match is in Belfast where Ulster will play host to Edinburgh at Kingspan Ravenhill.
Ulster will be looking to bounce-back from their defeat to Leinster last Friday, with kick-off at 7.35.
Munster and Leinster both play over the weekend and will name their teams later today.
