At half time the score stood at 10 points to 5 for the Banner but after the break Clare had clocked up a further 8 points before Tipperary responded through Aoife McLoughney from a placed ball – bringing their total up to 6 points.
They then managed to net a further three points bringing the final tally to Clare 19 points – Tipperary 9
