They'll face Kilkenny in the championship decider in just under three weeks' time.

Manager Michael Ryan believes the two goals his team got were crucial in deciding the outcome of the match.

For his part Clonmel's Seamus Kennedy wasn't surprised that the clash with the Tribesmen was so keenly contested.
