That's according to the organiser of the Premier County's first fixture of 2016 – a challenge match against Offaly in Templemore on Sunday.
Denis Kelly played for Toomevara for many years and trained J.K. Brackens last year.
He also teaches at St Colmcille primary school in Templemore, which will receive the proceeds raised by the game.
Denis is hopeful that this will be a good year for Tipp.
