Kilruane MacDonaghs saw off Burgess 1-20 to 1-12 while Silvermines had a 4-20 to 0-12 point victory over Ballina
Toomevara had a 2 point win over old rivals Nenagh…it finished 1-16 to 17 points.
Then in the West Division
Eire Óg Annacarthy/Donohill had a three point victory margin over Knockavilla Kickhams – Final score there 1-14 to 1-11
In the South Championship, Killenaule beat Ballingarry on a scoreline of 15 points to 13 in Fethard GAA field.
While on Saturday
There were wins in the Mid Division for Upperchurch and Moycarkey with Upperchurch defeating Holycross on a scoreline of 17 points to 14 while Moycarkey Borris beat Boherlahan 2-21 to 0-10.
Then in North Tipp championship Kiladangan ran out 2-21 to 1-15 winners over Roscrea and Templederry defeated their neighbours Borrisoleigh by two points on a scoreline of 19 points to 1-14.
