Red hot favourite cruises to Clonmel win

The Willie Mullins trained mare romped home to take the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Mares Hurdle at Powerstown Park.

The 1/16 favourite won by 3 lengths under jockey Ruby Walsh.

Having been called off twice already due to weather conditions this afternoons meeting has been reduced to 5 hurdle races as the Steeplechase course is waterlogged in places.

The opening race has been won by the Willie Mullins trained 8/13 favourite Bello Conti.
