The Tipperary school claimed the prestigious Munster hurling trophy after defeating St Colman's Fermoy 2-22 to 1-6 in the final.
Our Lady's goals were scored by Andrew Ormonde and Brian McGrath, who also got 0-7 and was his side's most potent attacking force.
Aside from the winning the provincial competition Templemore are still in the running to win the All-Ireland colleges title.
They're due to play their Croke Cup semi-final on March 11th next.
