After his side's one nil victory over Two Mile Borris last night both Celtic and St Michaels are level on 35 points at the top of the table.
Both teams will now meet on Saturday evening in Cooke Park where the winner will be crowned League champions.
Having won their first ever title in 2013, O'Shea believes his team should be challenging for the trophy every year.
Kick-off on Saturday is at 6.30pm.
