The Tipp club made it back-to-back wins with a 31-15 victory over second placed Malone at New Ormond Park.
Kevin O'Flaherty got two of their tries with Derek Corcoran, Eathon Moloney and Kolio Hifo also crossing the line.
Michael Walsh converted three of the tries.
Meanwhile, there was dissapointment for Cashel on their trip to Belfast.
They went down 20-7 to Queens University – a penalty try converted by Tom McHale couldn't stop them suffering a second successive defeat.
