Cork's hurlers continued their unbeaten start to the year with a 0-25 to 1-19 over Waterford in the Munster Hurling League last night.
Elsewhere, Limerick kept alive their hopes of a place in the final with a 2-15 to 0-19 win over Clare in Sixmilebridge.
Meanwhile in the Walsh Cup there were wins for NUIG, I-T Carlow and UCD at the expense of DIT, Meath and Carlow.
