Loughmore-Castleiney manager unhappy with Munster refereeing

One of Tipperary's top GAA coaches is claiming that the refereeing in Munster competitions is 'too fussy'.

Loughmore-Castleiney football manager Declan Laffan put forward the view following his side's provincial semi-final loss to Dr Crokes last weekend.

He was particularly annoyed when the official in charge of the fixture in Killarney denied the Tipp team a potential goal by not playing an advantage.

The county champions' boss is also puzzled by the application by another of Gaelic football's key rules.

The Munster council have confirmed that Mallow will host the club football final on Sunday week at 3.30.

Kerry's Dr Crokes will play Waterford side the Nire.
