Louth go through to the division final and Tipp Manager Liam Kearns says they deserve it on their second half display.
Kearns was afterwards lamenting the fact that his side weren't seven or eight points ahead after dominating the first half.
The Premier's final game is a tough trip to Armagh next weekend but a win should still seal promotion.
