Local GAA Results from Tipp

In the County Senior Hurling Championship relegation games, it finished: 

Ballingarry 5-18  Cashel King Cormacs 14 points

Moneygall 3-15  Carrick Davins 15 points

 

Turing to the Intermediate hurling relegation, it finished all square in Clonmel Sportsfield between Cahir and Ballybacon Grange with 18 points a-piece. 

Meanwhile in the South Tipp Intermediate Hurling Championship, St Mary's of Clonmel had a 3 point win over Moyle Rovers in Cahir…it finished St Mary's 17 points, Moyle Rovers 1-11. 

Turning to Minor action…Holycross/Ballycahill are the North Tipp Minor A champions after they beat Drom & Inch in the final by 1-19 to 3-8 while Loughmore-Castleiney overcame JK Brackens in the Minor B final…final score there was 2-19 to 1-15. 

Also in North Tipp, the Knock Out finals of the Minor hurling championship Division A and B were played yesterday afternoon…it finished: 

Newport Gaels 2-15   0-18 Toomevara

Kildangan 4-09  Silvermines 0-15

There are no county fixtures today due to the All Ireland Final in Dublin.
