Lacey says Tipp footballers are ‘versatile’

This Sunday the Premier County are away to Louth in Round 5 of the National Football League and will be seeking their first away win in Division 3.

After a comfortable victory over Clare in the last round, Peter Creedon's Tipp side have been boosted by the return of Brian Fox to their starting fifteen.

The Éire Óg Annacarty player hasn't featured in the team since going off injured in the Round 2 win against Limerick.

And Tipp FM's football analyst Lacey says the return of Fox will bolster Tipp's attacking prowess.

Brian Fox is the only change to the Tipp team that beat Clare. He comes in for the injured Michael Quinlivan.

While Liam Casey of Cahir is retained having started last week instead of the injured Andrew Morrissey.

Throw-in at the Gaelic Grounds in Drogheda is at 2 o'clock on Sunday and we'll have live updates here on Tipp FM.
