The visit of the Dutch is one of just two matches for manager Martin O'Neill to finalise his tournament squad, with another match against Belarus next Tuesday.
O'Neill has yet to name his team for tonight's game at the Aviva Stadium, although he has confirmed that John O'Shea will line-out in the heart of the defence.
