Simon Zebo was replaced in the team by Luke Fitzgerald but he also lost out on the match day 23 with Felix Jones covering on the bench.
Meanwhile Scotland coach Vern Cotter has also made two changes. In the back-row Adam Ashe starts on the blind-side in place of Rob Harley while Ryan Grant takes over from Alasdair Dickinson in the front row.
