Nick Davies – the former right-hand man of IAAF president Lord Coe – is accused of receiving “an undisclosed payment”.
Davies' wife, Jane Boulter-Davies, and Pierre-Yves Garnier, are also suspended for 180 days.
The IAAF's ethics board says there's no presumption of guilt against them.
