Rory McIlroy has confirmed that Jon Rahm will play in the Dubai Duty free Irish Open in Portstewart in July.
The Spaniard recently won the Farmers Insurance open and is currently ranked 12th in the World.
Speaking today McIlroy also said he hopes to play at the PGA Championship at Wentworth which takes place next week.
The 28 year old has recently struggled with injury.
