Tipperary hurling has underachieved at all levels over the last 40 years according to a former Premier star.
Michael Cleary has this week been selected on the hurling team of the ’90s.
However speaking on Tipp Today earlier the 2 time All Ireland winner said the Tipp team of his era along with many others haven’t delivered the results they should have.
