Friendships will be put to one side this evening when near neighbours Mullinahone and Killenaule face each other in the South Senior Hurling final.

Killenaule lost out in the final last year to reigning champions Carrick Swans so they’ll be hoping to go one better tonight.

Mullinahone captain Kevin Waltzer says the local rivalry will play a huge part in what should be a thrilling game.

Throw-in is at 7 o’clock in the Clonmel Sportsfield.

The curtain raiser at 5 will see Clonmel Óg/Ballyporeen take on Cahir in the South Minor A Football Final.
