Moycarkey-Borris Secretary Joe Moran has described the fixing of the relegation play-off at Ballyneale last Saturday as “embarrassing”.

The game between Moycarkey and Fethard was moved by the County Board from Killenaule to Ballyneale late Friday night.

However, when both teams arrived at the Ballyneale ground, they found this pitch was also unfit for use.

Moran has described the County Board's decision to fix the game at Ballyneale as “shambolic”.
