Final day of the 6 Nations Championship

There's four teams still in contention going into the final day of 2015 Six Nations.

England start the day top of the table – but only lead Ireland and Wales on points difference.

France could also come from fourth to finish as champions if results can go their way.

– First into action today will be Italy versus Wales in Rome at half-past 12, with the Welsh hoping to win by a large margin to improve their points differential, which currently stands at +12.

– Ireland are involved in the second act of today's trilogy after making the trip to Edinburgh to face Scotland at half-past two.

The defending champions are only four points worse-off than England in the standings, but know that they must try to rack-up a large score at Murrayfield in order to build pressure on England, who will host France at Twickenham at 5pm this evening.

Ireland head coach Joe Schmidt admits that it's certainly an exciting climax to the tournament.

There's also two matches this evening in the Women's Six Nations,

Ireland aren't in action until tomorrow in Scotland.

This evening, Italy will host Wales from half-past five, while Tom Tierney's Ireland side will be hoping that England can beat France in the late match at 7:20.
