Professor Richard McLaren says over 1,000 athletes benefitted from Russian security services hiding failed drugs tests at Olympic and Paralympic Games from 2011 to 2015.
His independent report says several medallists were involved in the state-sponsored cheating – information which supports his initial findings published in July.
