Thurles Sarsfields and Cappawhite/Sean Treacys meet in Golden at 2.30pm.
The winners will play Carrick Swans in the final.
The South Tipp club – who were nominated by their division to represent them in the last four – go straight through to the decider as the North Tipp CCC decided not to put forward a representative to play in the semi-finals.
