World champion Anthony Joshua will get the chance to take on Wladimir Klitschko for the vacant WBA heavyweight title – but only if he can defend his IBF belt next month.
Joshua fights Eric Molina in Manchester on December the 10th – a date originally set aside for him to face Klitschko.
A deal couldn't be done in time though.
The WBA have now agreed to their title being on the line in any meeting of the two – scheduled for spring next year.
Katie Taylor will be on the undercard for Joshua's next fight.
