There was a huge turnout at the Borrisoleigh 5K last night as nearly 300 runners and over 150 walkers took part in the event.
In the men’s race Sean Tobin from Clonmel was the first home with Peter Somba from Dunboyne in second and Michael Carey from Clonmel third.
Borrisokane’s Siobhan O’Doherty won the women’s race with Madeline Loughnane from Thurles in second and Dundrum’s Linda Grogan finishing third.
