€500,000 allocated for Tipp’s GAA facilities

The funds are part of a five year budgetary framework by the Munster Council and a financial package totalling €2.5 million for Tipperary, Clare, Limerick, Kerry and Waterford has been made available.

The newly appointed Tipp County Board Chairman, Michael Bourke, is hoping the money will go towards the players and the county's GAA facilities.

The Munster Council said once this five year cycle is up, they will reassess the financial situation and infrastructural requirements of the province and implement another five year budget.
