The route for Ireland’s premier stage race has been unveiled with County Tipperary featuring prominently.
The eight day event begins in Dunboyne on Sunday May 17th with the opening stage taking the riders to Carlow.
Mondays second stage covers 137 kilometres from Carlow to the Premier County taking in Poulacapple, Nine Mile House, Grangemockler, the Clonmel Bypass, Cahir, Bansha and the Glen of Aherlow before finishing on the Main Street in Tipp Town.
Stage 3 travels to Bearna in Galway with the race passing through Newport and Birdhill along the way.
