It was a busy evening in the North Tipp Senior Hurling Championship yesterday, with 4 Second Round games taking place.
In Nenagh Burgess defeated Silvermines by 2-15 to 2-10, while at the same venue Moneygall edged out Ballina on a scoreline of 1-24 to 2-19.
And in Toomevara the defending champions Kildangan beat Templederry Kenyons by 1-16 to 1-11, while Nenagh Éire Óg had too much for Roscrea, winning by 3-12 to 1-10.
Meanwhile, there are three more Second Round games down for decision today.

At 2 o' clock Portroe face Toomevara, with a 3:30 throw-in for the meeting of Kilruane MacDonagh's and Borrisokane.
Borris-Ileigh take on Lorrha from 7:00 in Cloughjordan.
Elsewhere, Ballingarry play Mullinahone in the South Senior Hurling Championship.
Throw-in is at 7:30 in Clonmel.
And there's a Mid Senior Hurling Championship Quarter-Final on the cards at the same time, with reigning champions Drom & Inch putting their title on the line against JK Brackens in Holycross.
